The goal of this position is to ensure our online customers get the best experience with our technology by creating and being part of our new customer success team in the company.
- Proven experience in customer success support.
- Management and entrepreneurial skills in order to create a new division and make it performant.
- Proven experience in web technologies, 3D technoloy is a plus.
- English and Spanish full proficiency needed, other languages such as Portuguese or French are a plus.
- High knowledge of technical support online tools, and its implantation in the company.
- Both technical and commercial skills.
- High communication skills, with the goal of coordinating communication flow from customers to development, and to management.
- Reporting directly to the CEO.
The position will be available in the Crisalix office in Barcelona, with most of the activity done remotely from there, but with often travels to visit our customers. Attractive salary based on fix and bonuses on targets.
