What are we looking for? A person that has:
•Education within the field
•Primary skills like Microsoft Office and/or other applications
•Excellent writing skills in Portuguese (Brazil), Spanish and English
•Excellent PC skills; MS office and fast typing
• Our customer service is paramount, so a friendly manner is essential
• Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese, a third or fourth language is highly appreciated
•An organized and enthusiastic attitude, with a keen eye for accuracy and detail
•A real team player, with the ability to work on own initiative
•Communication skills - verbal and written
•Problem analysis and problem-solving
•Attention to detail and accuracy
•Customer Service orientation
• Stress tolerance
