Sales Business Developer US Market

Crisalix is growing fast and a role has become available for an entrepreunearal Sales Business Developer to join our worldwide distributed Sales team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities through the US territory, in both execution and strategy, in order to meet and exceed revenue growth, sales targets and profitability.S/he will be accountable for building up business through gaining new customers and accounts and s/he will be managing all aspects of the sales cycle, handling the customer journey from prospect to sign the contract.

This position can be based remotely anywhere in US and will require an important degree of travel.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • Identify and create new business opportunities and viable income streams through the US territory - including opening new markets, trends, new customers and channels- to meet and exceed revenue growth, sales targets and profitability

  • Identify and create sales openings by prospecting and qualifying new leads, visiting prospective and existing clients, identifying requirements and presenting customized solutions to prospects and clients.

  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.

  • Create and execute the sales and marketing operational strategies to ensure a robust pipeline of prospects.

  • Source, negotiate and implement local strategic B2B channel/ partnerships.

  • Optimize new sales strategies, sales pitches and business plans.

  • Negotiate contracts and close new business deals achieving committed results.

  • Follow industry trends locally and internationally and attend networking events.

  • Submit progress reports and ensure data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent

  • 3-5 years of sales track records and previous successful experience in opening new markets

  • Previous experience in selling a game changing technology with an initial strong market resistance, that have been successfully moving to a mass market product will be a strong plus.

  • Previous experience in hiring and growing  from scratch a sales team ( ideally remotely distributed).

  • Solid US market knowledge and territory management

  • Adequate technical understanding to successfully represent our technology to prospective clients.

  • Previous successful experience in medical community business

  • Previous experience in working with CRM.

  • Previous international working experience is desirable

  • Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions

  • Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • Humble, team-player and able to build relationships with peers, cross-functional and Senior management

  • Analytical abilities, out of the box thinker, problem solver

Languages

  • American English at native level
  • Spanish will be a nice to have 

Others:

  • Available to travel up to 60% of the time

  • Available to participate and doing presentations to medical congresses, fairs and events
