Sales Director

Europe or US remotely based

Crisalix is growing fast and a role has become available for an award-winning Sales Director to join our worldwide distributed Sales team.

This position will see the successful candidate take over the Sales team, define scalable sales process and procedures, implement and monitor sales KPIs, whilst recruit , build and nurture our rapidly  growing Sales team.

Reporting directly to the CEO and VP of Sales & Marketing, this position will require a self-driven and entrepreneur Sales professional, hungry for success and keen to secure his or her career as a future Sales leader of a tech company with a bright future.

This role requires an outstanding Manager who understands the importance of selling a concept and not just a SaaS product; therefore requires a candidate with a high level of emotional intelligence coupled with an innate ability to identify simple and effective metrics to help  the Sales team to achieve their goals.

This position can be based remotely anywhere in Europe or in US  and will require a degree of travel and commitment of time to support both the Sales team as well as the Management team.


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Meet and exceed revenue growth, sales targets and sales team profitability by creating and executing sales operational strategies and opportunities to achieve Crisalix business objectives.

  • Source, negotiate and implement local and international strategic B2B channels/ partnerships.

  • Manage, supervise and mentor an existing worldwide distributed Sales team to ensure achievement of goals and sales targets, whilst supporting an open communication environment to boost positive employees morale.

  • Recruit , build and nurture our rapidly  growing Sales team.

  • Identify and create sales opportunities by prospecting and qualifying new leads, visiting prospective and existing clients, identifying requirements and presenting customised solutions.

  • Implement and monitor sales KPIs to drive continued improvement and the success of the Sales Team.

  • Working together with the Training Team to develop and refine sales methodologies for executing, measuring and sharing performance results.

  • Keep up to date with latest market news and industry trends.

  • Conduct competitive analysis on key segments to define and optimize the sales strategy for reaching and engaging new customers.

  • Assists with complex sales negotiations, attends sales presentations and helps close sales deals.

  • Manage monthly forecasting and report accurate and timely revenue numbers and pipeline reports to the Senior Management.

 

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent

  • Minimum 10 years of overachieving experience in selling software services (SaaS)

  • Previous successful experience in selling  a game changing technology to “early adopters” that has been successfully moving to a mass market product

  • 5+years of successful experience in a senior leadership role, hiring strong sales team members and managing and coaching a remotely distributed team  

  • Expertise in strategic planning and execution

  • Adequate technical understanding to successfully represent our technology to prospective clients

  • Previous successful experience in medical community business will be a strong plus

  • Previous experience in working with CRM

  • Team- player with an outstanding leadership; able to mentor, motivate, inspire and lead the team by example

  • Analytical abilities, out of the box thinker, problem solver

  • Cultural aware in order to deal with a team coming from different cultures and backgrounds

Languages:

  • Proficient in English both  spoken and written is a must

  • Local language at native level

Others:

  • Able to travel up to 50-60% of the time
