The doctor took his time to explain thoroughly the whole process, including reasoning for different procedure, and the pre- and post-op process and what I should be aware of beforehand. He was also friendly, and seemed to be committed to both the medical and mental status of his patients. I don't think the Crisalix model reflected all the procedures mentioned, I would have appreciated it if it could've layered those.
