He was honest and realistic about what to expect, and explained everything so clearly that I felt completely at ease. His staff was just as lovely — Carrissa was so kind and welcoming, and Lauren was incredibly helpful every step of the way. The Crisalix 3D imaging was such a great touch, too; being able to actually visualize the results helped me feel confident and excited about my decision.
