From the moment I walked in, the staff (specifically Amy and Christy) was welcoming, professional and made me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Lee took the time to listen to my concerns, answered all my questions, and explained the procedure in detail. They provided realistic expectations and discussed potential risks. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. The consultation was very thorough and I appreciated the visual aids and digital imaging to help me understand the results.
