VerifiedFrom the first phone call setting up the consultation the two woman I spoke to were so friendly. When I arrived and got into the room Melissa was very sweet, informative and patient. Then meeting with Dr Pincus he made me feel very comfortable and excited about the procedure. Both answered my questions and took their time with me. I never felt rushed.
