I had a consultation with Dr Turton and I am very pleased with the experience. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. Mr Turton was amazing from the start talked through the whole procedure and understood what I wanted from this procedure - after having 2 children back to back and feeding them I lost my confidence with how my boobs looked and we talked about making them look natural and full again and that’s exactly what he did. overall so happy with the results he has done a fantastic job you wouldn’t even be able to tell I had had them done as they are so beautifully natural exactly what I wanted - Mr Turton is extremely talented at what he does and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to go through this journey.

Men can develop breast tissue behind the nipple (gynaecomastia) and it can be very embarrassing. Small incisions are used to remove the thick tissue to improve the contour and restore confidence.

Where breast droop is profound, a 2 stage approach may be recommended for safety reasons. Here I did a mastopexy to both breasts, waited 3-months then carried out the breast enlargement to produce the result you see

Removal of Implants alone
This lady had problems form implants placed at anther hospital - I removed them and the capsule tissue and avoided replacement implants giving her a very nice result. If she wanted to have further augmentation she could, but would need mastopexy-augmentation. However, she loved the restoration of a natural shape that I achieved for her
