Le Dr Lafosse exerce actuellement son activité clinique dans son cabinet de Waterloo, à la clinique Claris ainsi qu’au sein du groupe hospitalier Chirec.
Après obtention du diplôme de Docteur en médecin en 2006, le Docteur Aurore Lafosse a été admise dans le programme de spécialisation en chirurgie plastique reconstructrice et esthétique de l’Université Catholique de Louvain. Après six ans de formation en chirurgie plastique au contact de chirurgiens reconnus, et réussite de l’examen national du Collegium Chirurgicum Plasticum, elle a été officiellement agréée en 2012 par le Ministère Belge de la Santé Publique et autorisée à porter le titre de médecin spécialiste en Chirurgie Plastique, Reconstructrice et Esthétique. Le Docteur Lafosse a ensuite exercé au sein du service de chirurgie plastique des Cliniques Universitaires Saint Luc, pour prendre en charge plus particulièrement le secteur de la chirurgie reconstructrice et esthétique du sein de 2012 à 2015. L’obtention d’une bourse FNRS lui a permis de se consacrer en parallèle à un travail de recherche de pointe en thérapie cellulaire et médecine régénérative.
