She spent over an hour with me and was incredibly thorough, walking me through implant brands, materials, incision options, and risks like capsular contracture without me even having to ask. Dr. Preminger is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with expertise in a wide range of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures. She has lectured and published extensively. She graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University and received her Medical Doctorate degree from Cornell University Medical College, graduating in the top of her class. She completed her surgical training at New York Presbyterian Hospital-Cornell/Columbia and earned a Master’s Degree in Public Health from Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health. She also completed a Clinical Research Fellowship in Breast Surgery at Memorial Sloan Kettering. Dr. Preminger is active in several plastic surgery societies and serves on the Board of the New York Regional Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons. She maintains privileges at several New York hospitals including Lenox Hill, Manhattan Eye and Ear Infirmary, New York Eye and Ear Infirmary and St. Luke’s- Roosevelt.
