VerifiedVeldig hyggelig og serviceinnstilt resepsjonist! Avslappet stemning i klinikken, 10/10 for effektivitet. Ringte på morgenen ang et gammelt implantat (fra en annen klinikk, ikke arbeid utført av haukelands kirurger) som hadde snudd seg, fikk komme samme dag og Martin snudde det på plass til en rimelig pris, helt uproblematisk. Møtte meg med et smil, imøtekommende, rolig, kunnskapsrik og trygg. Tok seg tid til å forklare hvorfor det kunne være sånn, at det ikke var farlig. Veldig glad for at jeg kom til Martin! Kom egentlig kun for å snu det, men endte opp med å få luftet bekymringer osv. Det er første kirurgen jeg har møtt som forklarer og viser så grundig, jeg lærte masse og føler meg tryggere på hva som er riktig for meg. 3D løsningen de har for å kunne vise ulike resultater var også veldig bra. Kan varmt anbefale Haukeland og Martin.
