VerifiedDr Sanjay Grover and his team are very down to earth, knowledgeable and lovely to deal with providing a lot of detailed information about the procedure. However I don't feel Crisalix is easy to use and flexible in what it can do for patients. There should be an opportunity for patients to play around with this software themselves once registered with a surgeon and surgery is actually booked.
