Turning theoretical outcomes into personalized visuals
After the integration of Crisalix into her consultation process, Dr. Hannan has transformed abstract surgical discussions into more personalized visual experiences, helping patients better understand their options while improving engagement, communication, and conversion.
The challenge I wanted to solve
One of the goals behind introducing Crisalix into the consultation process was more intuitive and help patients better understand their surgical possibilities. In aesthetic breast and body surgery, outcomes are often discussed in theoretical terms, and I was looking for a way to make those outcomes more tangible.
Why consultations were less efficient before
Before using Crisalix, much of the consultation relied on verbal explanations and general expectations. Patients would hear that their breasts could be lifted or their abdomen could be flatter, but it remained abstract.
This made it harder for them to fully visualize the results on their own body. Even with experience and explanation, there was still a gap between what was being described and what the patient actually imagined.
How I use Crisalix in practice
One of the aspects I value most is that Crisalix is cloud-based. Patients can interact with the platform even before coming into the office, which creates an early connection with the practice.
During the consultation, I use it to present simulations of their own body and show what could be achieved. Seeing their potential result makes the conversation much more concrete and impactful.
It becomes a powerful closing tool at the end of the consultation
What improved after introducing Crisalix?
Patients gain a much clearer understanding of their options, which helps them feel more confident in their decisions.
From a practice standpoint, this translates into improved conversion rates. When patients can visualize their outcomes, they are more likely to move forward.
It also enhances the overall quality of the consultation, making it more engaging and informative.
“Crisalix helps patients feel more confident”
It's an incredibly valuable tool that elevates the consultation experience. Being able to show patients their own potential results makes a significant difference.
It's not just about visualization—it's about helping patients truly understand what is possible and feel confident in their choices.
