Had my consultation today with Dr Arnaout for minimally invasive breast augmentation. Dr Arnaouts professionalism, confidence and experience, made me feel at ease and comfortable straight away. He talked me through the procedure and listened to what end results I wanted. The Crisalix 3d simulation was great. Gave me a clearer picture of what my body would look like after surgery. I booked in for the procedure next month and can not wait!

Great communication throughout and no pressure to commit to anything until I was ready. I also changed my procedure a week in advance to have MIA and had an extra call to discuss that, it was all taken care of easily and staff were really helpful in explaining the differences. Really appreciate the follow up with nurse Natalie, I’ve only contacted her once outside the routine calls, but it’s great to know she’s there. Only negative point is that when I initially booked I said I’d take a few days to pay as I needed to withdraw money from savings, yet I was sent a new invoice every day and messaged daily to remind me to pay, which seemed a little pushy. Otherwise a great experience so far and very glad I went to Iqoniq for this where they have more experience than anyone in the MIA procedure. Recovery has been very easy with only one day (48hours post op) when I felt particularly sore and tired, otherwise I’ve been able to work and do all my usual things aside from exercise.
