Why I chose Crisalix?

My main goal was to improve communication with patients. In my practice, which is very active in both breast and body contouring procedures, I found that one of the biggest challenges was helping patients truly understand what their results would look like.

I believed that if patients could clearly visualize the outcome of their procedure, especially in breast augmentation, they would have a much easier time aligning their expectations with reality. I wanted a tool that could make that visualization possible in a way that was both accurate and easy to integrate into my workflow.

What consultations were like before Crisalix

Consultations were often longer and less efficient because patients relied heavily on verbal explanations and general references, which did not always provide a clear understanding of their options.

Concepts like implant size or the need for additional procedures such as a breast lift could be difficult to fully grasp, often leading to repeated questions and extended discussions. In many cases, communicating the essential information alone could require 30 to 45 minutes of direct interaction.

Integration in our practice

We now integrate Crisalix directly into our consultation process. In many cases, my staff prepares the patient by capturing images before I even enter the room. This allows me to immediately begin discussing results using visual simulations.

I can explain different implant sizes, demonstrate what happens if implants are too large for the body, and show whether a breast lift may be necessary—all while the patient is seeing these changes in real time.

This makes the consultation much more efficient and focused. Patients are able to understand complex decisions quickly because they can see the impact of each option directly on their own body.

The impact of using Crisalix

Communication has improved significantly, and patients are now asking more informed and relevant questions.

One of the most important changes has been the increase in efficiency. The time I personally spend with patients has decreased from approximately 30-45 minutes to around 10-15 minutes, without compromising the quality of the consultation.

At the same time, conversion rates have increased dramatically, from around 50–60% to over 85%. Patients are more confident, better informed, and more comfortable moving forward with surgery.
