承認済みI am still processing my appointment which I did feel went rather quickly but spoke to Kerry afterwards who was just lovely and made me feel more normal in all of it. Having a visual representation helps someone like me with aphantasia, which is part of my neurodivergence. I need to be able to see things to understand them properly. I found that part really useful. Even if it isn't a full interpretation, it is still better than what I walked in with.

承認済みBeen such an easy process so far. Filled in the submission form and someone got back to me within hours and I had my first consultation booked for the next day. Staff were so friendly and the surgeon was extremely informative, felt completely at ease the full time.

承認済みI am disappointed in the level of aftercare, I have had no follow up other than another message after my procedure had been complete to ask if I wanted to make an appointment to discuss my recent enquiry which I felt was poor. I would have thought someone would have been in touch to arrange a follow up with the surgeon to see how my results were, Overall I find this really disappointing, it feels like you just want my money and don't care thereafter.
