Đã xác minhMy experience with Cosmedicare has been a positive one so far. I felt very nervous when arriving at the clinic but my nurse, Rachel, put me at ease straight away, her chatter, down to earth attitude really put me at ease. She was able to give me first hand experience of having cosmetic work as did the other lady when I was getting pictures taken pre-op. The real life experiences of staff in your clinic really helped put my mind at ease about going through with procedure and scarring. All staff were very friendly and spoke to me individually and clearly about what was about to happen, each step of the way. The Crisalix is useful, however still hard to envision what the end result would be and I am only 7 days post op therefore do not know if this is a true resemblance as of yet but would be happy to get in touch in future to give my views on this. All in all, I would highly recommend (and have done so already), everyone to Cosmedicare. The Facebook group is amazing and to being able to watch the owner have a procedure and watch videos of tape coming off has helped me tremendously! I have my post op appointment tonight to get dressings removed therefore haven't been able to answer all questions based on not having had all appointments. Also, Bernie, who I have had telephone appointments with pre and post op has also been excellent and answered any questions etc. Thank you for making a very difficult decision seem so easy and natural!

Đã xác minhI was unsure about this procedure as it is a massive life altering surgery. I was put at ease by Niamh as I spoke to her about it prior to my consultation. She was so calming and supportive throughout my journey. I felt reassured and ready for the next step. I went along to my consultation and met my surgeon who had a fantastic bedside manner and is exceptionally knowledgeable. After this visit I was very pleased with the information I received. I understood every step that was involved and what the overall outcome would be for me. They took a few pictures and the next day I received my Crisalix. It was amazing to see what I was compared to what I could be. This really gave me the push forward I needed. I was so happy with the Crisalix, I showed my family and close friends. They all agreed that it was definitely the right decision. Things moved very quickly for me and Niamh was in contact with me throughout the weeks leading up to my surgery. I did not feel nervous or anxious about my surgery as Mr Bahia had explained everything in depth. Bernie called me to complete my pre op and made sure I was ready and prepared for the surgery and the initial recovery period. I had my surgery and I couldn’t be happier. Mr Bahia is a miracle worker. Everything was so good all the staff were supportive and kind. I have had a follow up with Bernie for my post op and I have also been in for a dressing change. The staff at this hospital are outstanding. I couldn’t be happier with the results of my surgery and it is all made possible by the kind and patient staff who really care and support you throughout your journey.
