From initial enquiry email service has been outstanding and always very prompt for any response. Consultation gave me all information I could need and made me feel comfortable while setting expectations to be realistic due to weight loss. Hospital itself very inviting and not ‘clinical’ looking. Surgery booked and looking forward to it.

So far i have found Cosmedicare amazing. Granted i am only at the very beginning of my journey however i have had several emails encounters and each and every one has been very prompt and very informative. I have also attended my consultation and was very happy and came away feeling very exited and emotional that finally my dream is almost becoming a reality. The staff at cosmedicare have been so welcoming so far and i had the pleasure of meeting Mr Neil Cahoon which i believe will be my surgeon on the day. Mr Cahoon was very informative. He explained the procedure very well, drew sketches and we talked about before surgery and aftercare. I was so nervous about the consultation however Mr Cahoon made me feel so at ease. I was very surprised to have been introduced to Crisalix 3D images as i did not expect this but i must say it has blown me away. i had no idea what size i wanted to be or what would suit my body shape and was feeling a bit overwhelmed and scared at that question as i had no idea but the crisalix images really helped and put my mind at ease. I went into the consultation having no idea what to expect, what to ask and came away with tears of joy about how exiting and life changing this journey is going to be.

Delighted with the results at this stage. Crisalix image gave me a good representation of what I could expect. And they look even better!

I found Cosmedicare through social media, and from my very first contact with them, I have felt completely confident in my choice. They are always quick to respond, happy to answer every question, and their customer care has been amazing. I was slightly nervous when I arrived for my consultation, but there was absolutely no need to be. As soon as I entered the room, my nerves disappeared. The surgeon and their assistant were incredible, immediately putting me at ease. At Cosmedicare, you genuinely feel like a person—not just another number.

I was very happy to meet Mr Will Anderson. He was kind and informative explained what I would need and how things would go. Answered any questions I had. I wasn’t rushed and it was relaxed. I usually have zero confidence exposing my body but I managed just fine which is surprising. My over all experiance so far has been brilliant I’m now excited to finally have the surgery I have wanted for half my life.

The only thing I can’t say for this survey is to compare the 3D image with my outcome as that won’t be clear for a number of weeks as the implants settle. The clinic and everyone at Cosmedicare Livingstone were fantastic. They made me feel so at ease and looked after at every stage of my treatment. There is not a single thing I can fault x
