I am still processing my appointment which I did feel went rather quickly but spoke to Kerry afterwards who was just lovely and made me feel more normal in all of it.
Having a visual representation helps someone like me with aphantasia, which is part of my neurodivergence. I need to be able to see things to understand them properly. I found that part really useful. Even if it isn't a full interpretation, it is still better than what I walked in with.

Been such an easy process so far. Filled in the submission form and someone got back to me within hours and I had my first consultation booked for the next day. Staff were so friendly and the surgeon was extremely informative, felt completely at ease the full time.

I am disappointed in the level of aftercare, I have had no follow up other than another message after my procedure had been complete to ask if I wanted to make an appointment to discuss my recent enquiry which I felt was poor. I would have thought someone would have been in touch to arrange a follow up with the surgeon to see how my results were, Overall I find this really disappointing, it feels like you just want my money and don't care thereafter.
