已验证I had a consultation with Dr. Whitlock today and the experience was outstanding. Check-in was friendly, smooth, welcoming, and well-organized. His nurse was wonderful—kind and professional. She made me feel comfortable. Dr. Whitlock himself was exceptional. He was personable, and took the time to truly listen to my questions and concerns. I never felt rushed. Having the 3-D images helped the decision making so much. Scheduling surgery was seamless as the rest of the visit—easy, efficient, and accommodating. Overall, I left feeling informed, supported, and very impressed with the entire team. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Whitlock and his staff to anyone looking for a professional, caring, and well-run practice.
